How discreet is your packaging?

All orders are shipped in thick brown padded envelopes without any logos or labels. The package will have your name and address as well as our return address handprinted in black ink. The required Customs declaration description will read: "bodycare products" or in the case of Nizoral cream or Skinoren: "face cream".

Orders to the following countries are shipped in different packaging to avoid strict Customs regulations: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Portugal and Slovenia. Go here to read the relevant faq entry.
